Where Do I Find the Serial Number?

The most common area to find the serial number will be on the serial tag of your device. Most AccuMed products will have a serial tag adhered to the back or side of the device which provides basic information about the device.

The serial number is typically denoted with the acronym "S/N"and on some devices, such as the AT2104, etc can even be printed on the device itself by the serial tag. 

Note: Some products such as the AccuMed Pregnancy Midstream Tests will not have a serial number. These products can be listed as "N/A" in the serial number field if required.
